Product Information:
INFORM is
an award-winning web-based suite of applications that function as an academic
transactional data warehouse and provides users with the ability to easily view
academic achievement aligned to Washington State Standards from numerous types
of achievement data (i.e., Multiple Measures Reporting). Additionally, INFORM
enables users to quickly access instructional materials and resources aligned
to standards to address differentiated instruction, preparation of lesson plans,
and scope and sequence calendaring of curriculum. INFORM is the educator's answer
for easily interpreting data and taking INFORMed action. INFORM works with Skyward
and uses Skyward's Teacher/Class/Student data to populate and map performance
data with students, teachers, and classes.
In addition to reporting, analytical tools, and instructional/curriculum
management applications, INFORM also contains professional development tracking
tools contained in the INSTRUCT application. INSTRUCT enables districts to publish
online course catalogs of professional development offerings, facilitate online
course registration, attendance, grading, and maintaining complete professional
development portfolios for every educator and staff member in the district. Users
can easily access their portfolio to view professional development transcripts,
maintain their licensure and credentialing requirements, and use the data for
state/federal reporting.
With INSPIRE users have immediate access to tools
that enable for the preparation of web-based Individual Education Plans. INSPIRE
enables multiple users to be working concurrently online as part of the special
education team to complete an IEP for a student or group of students. The INSPIRE
application also provides users with the ability to create individual learning
plans and/or academic improvement plans.
IDMS Test Builder provides INFORM users with the ability
to easily create, administer, score and/or scan district benchmark or classroom
assessments. Assessments may be administered online and immediately scored, or
administered in a traditional paper/pencil format and then scanned. All results
may be made available through INFORMs Multiple Measures Reporting. IDMS Test Builder
is aligned with the Washington State Standards so users can feel confident that
the items they are selecting are relevant and rigorous. Additional test item banks
may be purchased directly from EDmin as EDmin is an authorized reseller of Education
Testing Services (ETS) item banks.
Within the INFORM suite, users may also have access to resources aligned to Washington
State Standards through the Curriculum Matrix resource browser. The resource alignment
has been done by Education Correlation Services, a division of EDmin. Users also
have access to Total Reader, a Lexile-based reading assessment program. Finally,
users may also access IN$ITE, a financial accounting reporting and analysis tool
that provides school districts with the ability to see what works for every child
over time at what cost.
