Updates:
All CCC! software and content updates throughout the license period included
at no charge.
Initial Training: NDM to provide an
annual two-day CCC! training customized to WLSs requirements. Training materials
to include: Quick Start Guide, Administrators Manual, Teachers Manual, On-line
help.
Follow Up Training: Training or retraining
days can be requested by the district unlimited times throughout the year at
the cost of $1,200 per day plus travel expenses for two qualified CCC! VOD trainers.
Tech Support:
NDM shall provide personal oversight and assistance
on initial installation. Thereafter NDM shall provide support to the System
Administrator via phone or email.
